Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services tailored to student needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing your insights with interdisciplinary teams
- Partner closely with teachers, special education professionals, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that helps each child succeed
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington SLP license and Washington ESA certification (or the ability to obtain one)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, though not required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
