Job Summary: Our Clinical Directors provide leadership and organizational management by overseeing all therapeutic services and client programs in their center. They foster the long-term development and growth of the clinical programming of the company and guide all center staff members in their professional growth.
 
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

<li>Develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals/progress with your team of Behavior Technicians</li>
<li>Meet weekly 15 billable hour requirement as CD, 20 billable hour requirement as ACD</li>
<li>Lead intake Meetings with new clients and families</li>
<li>Conduct and score initial (and ongoing) cases using appropriate tools for yourself and your BCBAs</li>
<li>Train and supervise an average caseload of 3 clients and Technicians at capacity</li>
<li>Provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBAs and Behavior Technicians</li>
<li>Develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings</li>
<li>Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients</li>
<li>Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary</li>

<li>Maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol</li>

Experiential &amp; Certification Requirements:

<li>Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required</li>
<li>BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required</li>
<li>Valid state licensing for location(s) of practice required</li>
<li>5+ years of BCBA experience supervising behavior technicians in providing ABA therapy to children with autism required</li>
<li>5+ years of demonstrated managerial and training experience required</li>

Low T Center is looking to hire a PRN Mid-Level Provider for the Knoxville Clinic!

Low T Center, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.
Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement, targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido)
Candidates must have excellent medical and academic credentials, be technologically savvy, and able to effectively manage staff and operations at their location.
QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>Active TN NP or PA license in good standing</li>
<li>Current DEA license (REQUIRED)</li>
<li>Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month. (8am-12pm)</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Able to complete mandatory 10 consecutive days of training M-F following clinical hours (Training is paid at $60 per hours)</li>
