A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COFFEE SHOP KITCHEN STAFF
As a Coffee Shop Kitchen Staff Cook, you are the cornerstone of our coffee shop kitchen operations. You prepare bagels, sandwiches, and other food items according to customer orders and recipe requirements. You also prepare daily grab-and-go items. Always attentive to detail, you make sure that every item you prepare is accurate to order.
Safety-oriented, you use proper knife techniques and operate kitchen equipment correctly while adhering to all food production codes. Always maintaining sanitary practices, you clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances. As you work, you make sure to keep our shelves stocked with all necessary products. You love working with food each day and take pride in preparing high-quality items!
 
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COFFEE SHOP KITCHEN STAFF

Division: Affordable HousingDepartment: Leasing Position Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non - Exempt 
JOB SUMMARY:
The Leasing Agent is responsible for performing all activities related to apartment rentals, resident move-ins, and lease renewals including completion of all required administrative paperwork. You will perform tasks related to the overall community and resident retention. The Leasing agent provides excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Assists the community managers in maintaining occupancy levels at the affordable living community. </li>
<li>Assists the Community Managers with renting the apartments to meet or beat the occupancy goals. This includes, but is not limited to: conducting tours, maintaining the wait list, gathering required verification, and processing new applications. </li>
<li>Familiar with HUD and LIHTC regulations. </li>
<li>Obtains appropriate signatures and documentation related to the move in. </li>
<li>Prepares move in packets. </li>
<li>Assists with incoming/outgoing calls as needed. </li>
<li>Provides tours, performs interviews and responds to mailings and phone calls. </li>
<li>Complete all move-in paperwork including the lease and accompanying addendum in accordance with onsite procedures. </li>
<li>Reviews resident notices to vacate and advises residents of their responsibilities. </li>
<li>Receive rent payments from residents, complete resident receipts, post rent payments to resident accounts and updates resident records. </li>
<li>Complies with the company policies and procedures. Promotes and ensures compliance with Fair Housing Laws and other industry-related federal, state and local laws. Maintain documentation verifying compliance. </li>
<li>Adheres to all company and site policies and procedures according to the employee handbook, and Eureka safety policies. </li>
<li>Updates residents record as necessary </li>
<li>Assists in maintain the physical appearance of the community by picking up grounds, performing minor apartment cleaning and touch-up, and ensuring the common areas are clean and neat. </li>
<li>Participates in all mandatory training programs.</li>
<li> Responsible for reporting to work on time as scheduled and complying with dress code. </li>
<li>Additional duties, including those assigned by employee's supervisor or a corporate executive employee. </li>
</ul>
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
<ul>
<li>Ability to communicate and maintain good relationships with office employees. Residents and site employees. </li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with persons of diverse social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. </li>
<li>Proficiency in customer service and sales </li>
<li>Good verbal communication skills. </li>
</ul>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

<li>High School diploma, GED. Or additional equivalent experience. </li>
<li>Prior experience in customer service or sales position. </li>
