Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant has an entrepreneurial and customer centric mind-set and builds up long-term relationships with customers. It is in the Sales Consultants mind to accompany customers through the entire customer journey, focused on finding the most appropriate product for each individual customers need.

Supervisory Responsibilities Managing individual pipeline and providing updates to management. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Greet customers arriving at the dealership.</li>
<li>Maintain existing customer relations, generate leads, and focus on successful contract closing.</li>
<li>Showcase the dealerships vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.</li>
<li>Offer meaningful consultation for customers, including the most appropriate configuration and financing options.</li>
<li>Answer customers questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process.</li>
<li>Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.</li>
<li>Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers vehicles.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customers financing and ownership options.</li>
<li>Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.</li>
<li>Is the customers partner of trust through every step in the sales journey.</li>
