WHAT WERE OFFERING
The OSP Technician II will perform skilled technical duties relating to the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications, outside plant copper and fiber facilities, voice and data equipment, and associated telecommunications equipment. 
POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position based at our Chapel Hill, TN location. The role requires daily travel within our Middle Tennessee footprint, and a company vehicle will be provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation as needed.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.
<ul>
<li>Installs and maintains aerial and buried service wiring and cables, including new construction splicing, ongoing cable maintenance, and cable pair trouble shooting, repair, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Performs duties related to copper and fiber cable troubleshooting, and line and other facility quality standards. </li>
<li>Splice, fusion or mechanical, SM or MM fiber optic cables, to include terminating various types of fiber optic connectors (ST, SC, LC).</li>
<li>Performs skilled duties related to copper and fiber splicing, and preventive cable maintenance.</li>
<li>Installs plant facilities according to drawings provided by Engineering.</li>
<li>Installs, splices, and turns up FTTX facilities.</li>
<li>Performs facilities maintenance required for trouble tickets.</li>
<li>Performs copper and fiber facilities locates as needed.</li>
<li>Prepares various documents, such as time sheets, work order summaries, inventory usage and request forms, etc.</li>
<li>Keeps service truck fully stocked with required inventory items to perform job duty.</li>
<li>Performs service orders from the Central Office switch to the customer premises as needed.</li>
<li>Performs all testing required for installation of POTS and DATA services over copper and fiber optic facilities.</li>
<li>Cross-trains with Network and Plant personnel to install complex outside plant or central office systems.</li>
<li>Performs required documentation of service orders, and maintenance visits in eLations system.</li>
<li>Ability to navigate and interpret standard telecommunication prints and mapping. </li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.</li>

WHAT YOU BRING:

<li>Valid TN drivers license with satisfactory driving record required. </li>
<li>3+ years of experience at an OSP, I&amp;R, or Cable Maintenance technician level is required.</li>

<li>Knowledge of basic electricity. Requires familiarity with RUS outside plant practices and standards. Knowledge of the copper and fiber color code.</li>
<li>Knowledge of line and facility test equipment and copper and fiber locating equipment.</li>
<li>Skill in operating various construction equipment including backhoe, cable plow, trencher, etc.</li>

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Assistant or Health Science Major to join our growing team of professionals. You will work in Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and Interventional Pain Management. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday in our Winter Park location. Occasionally, traveling to our other clinic locations in Clermont, Summerfield, and Kissimmee may be required. Additional mileage accrued when traveling to clinics outside Clermont will be paid 72.5 cents per mile.

This includes managing referral and prescription calls, arranging diagnostic testing, and scheduling follow-up appointments. Staff are also responsible for receiving and dispersing diagnostic results and lab reports, ensuring all documentation is scanned into the patient's record appropriately. Daily maintenance of exam rooms is required, including stocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness after each patient visit.  Oversees the daily installations of our projects and stays onsite for the duration of the project with the
exception of breaks.
 Check materials that have been delivered to job sites to ensure accurate counts and accurate materials
returned counts.
 Dump dumpster trailers as needed.
 Calls in final inspections, emails in necessary photos to close out permits.
 Assess and complete repairs.
 Ensures permits are posted on the job sites prior to starting.
