Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Fundraising Associate position will: 
<ul>
<li>Have experience in political campaign fundraising (ideally as a Finance Director, Call Time Manager, or Fundraising Associate). </li>
<li>Have experience building finance plans, conducting political call time. </li>
<li>Possess an adept understanding of the political landscape, particularly at the state and local levels. </li>
<li>Be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to cultivate and maintain a broad network of consultants and clients.</li>
<li>Demonstrate exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills; aptitude to convey complex solutions in an accessible manner.</li>
<li>Be highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts. </li>
<li>Prove an ability to turn work around diligently and efficiently; able to meet tight deadlines. </li>
<li>Have an interest in progressive causes and a desire to support candidates from diverse backgrounds. </li>
</ul>

Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, plus opportunities to earn commission. This role also comes with a competitive benefits package. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our office in Chinatown at 806 7th St NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.
