Core Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

<li>Strong working knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems</li>

Compensation

POSITION SUMMARY
The TSR Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the Territory Sales Representative Team in executing strategic customer engagement initiatives, driving business development, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. · Develop financial budgets for TSR travel expenses, including trade shows and marketing materials, and promotional products to provide recommendations to Customer Service Directors.
· Support TSR’s on submitting detailed contact call reports, outlining visit outcomes, follow-ups. And strategic actions.
· Support in tracking and update profitability logs, customer profiles, and program performance metrics.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience.
· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in the transit or automotive industry.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Allegheny Science &amp; Technology (AST) is seeking a highly capable Electrical Engineer with an active Top Secret (TS) clearance to support mission-critical requirements associated with ongoing and future construction activities at protected sites throughout the National Capital Region (NCR). This position, contingent upon contract award, requires close coordination with active construction projects to meet critical deadlines, address logistical and funding challenges, and minimize operational disruptions. The Electrical Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert for medium- and low-voltage electrical systems supporting mission-critical facilities, ensuring systems are resilient, secure, and compliant with applicable codes and standards. Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and government stakeholders, the engineer will identify electrical risks, develop mitigation and resiliency strategies, and oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of power, backup, and automation systems to sustain uninterrupted operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Additional years of experience or post-graduate degrees may be substituted for education or experience requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience designing, evaluating, or assessing electrical systems for mission-critical facilities, including normal and emergency power systems, battery energy storage, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and generator-based backup power.</li>
<li>Proven subject matter expertise in identifying operational, reliability, and security risks within electrical systems and developing master plans, resiliency strategies, and mitigation approaches to reduce mission risk.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience supporting the full electrical system lifecycle, including procurement support, manufacturing oversight, installation, testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of electrical components and systems.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating with contractors, vendors, utilities, and government agencies to install, repair, commission, and maintain electrical systems.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of electrical codes and industry standards, with demonstrated experience performing electrical calculations and developing compliant technical specifications (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and related standards).</li>
<li>Experience developing maintenance, inspection, and testing procedures for electrical and electronic components to support reliability, safety, and lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, power metering, electrical monitoring, and automation systems supporting facility operations.</li>
<li>Proven proficiency with electrical design and calculation software, such as ETAP, SKM PowerTools, EasyPower, AutoCAD Electrical, or comparable tools.</li>
