Position: Gen AI Engineer

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Maters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 14+ in IT.
- Strong Python development (APIs, microservices, production-grade code)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agent Frameworks
- Experience building Agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, orchestration, memory, reasoning)
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI & LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, tool-augmented models, reasoning techniques)
- Experience with Claude models via Amazon Bedrock
- Solid experience with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, Glue, Athena)
- Expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
- Experience designing scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions
- Knowledge of agent observability, governance, prompt versioning, and performance optimization
- Ability to integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise data sources
