As the Engineering Build Planner, you will be the central coordinator for all engineering build activities — from early prototypes to pre-production and production hardware/software. You will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to

<li>Manage Prototype Build Requests and PCB orders from initiation through fulfillment, including SAP entry, order tracking, and accuracy validation.</li>
<li>Partner closely with supply chain, material planners, and vendors to ensure material readiness, anticipate shortages, manage lead-time risks, and mitigate supplier constraints.</li>
<li>Monitor shipments against schedule to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Maintain and continuously update build schedules, execution trackers, and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into build readiness and supply-demand alignment.</li>

Job Summary
The Senior Help Desk Technician provides hands-on technical support across a large, multi-building campus environment. This role supports both hardware and software systems and serves as a primary IT partner to manufacturing and office teams. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a highly visible role supporting approximately 1,400 employees across 10 closely located buildings. The Senior Help Desk Technician will be part of a growing IT team and will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide advanced hardware and software troubleshooting for end users across a multi-building campus</li>
<li>Support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including switches, routers, and structured cabling</li>
<li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment</li>
<li>Support and maintain structured cabling infrastructure (Cat5e/Cat6), including termination and repair</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of network drops, cabling layouts, and infrastructure changes</li>
<li>Manage inventory of network equipment, cables, and related hardware</li>
<li>Maintain clean and organized IDF/MDF rooms and telecom closets</li>
<li>Coordinate network installations and cabling projects with third-party vendors and internal facilities teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT team members to resolve network issues identified through user reports or monitoring tools</li>
<li>Provide desk-side support for hardware moves, additions, and changes</li>
<li>Enforce IT security policies and best practices</li>
<li>Deliver strong customer service to manufacturing and operations teams in a high-demand environment</li>
<li>Prioritize and manage multiple active issues simultaneously, responding to urgency rather than working from a single-ticket queue</li>

Required Qualifications

<li>Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience</li>

<li>Strong experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues</li>
<li>Solid understanding of physical and logical LAN architecture and client/server interactions</li>
<li>Experience with switches, routers, structured cabling, VPNs, and IP telephony</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and standard productivity tools</li>
<li>Proven ability to prioritize issues and manage multiple active problems simultaneously</li>
