<li>Collaborate with corporate leaders of centralized services (Finance, Human Resources, IT, Credit Collections and Sales) in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial goals using effective process improvements. </li>
<li>Works with branch managers and regional branch managers to ensure world-class distribution methods are available, understood, and implemented at each branch. </li>
<li>Stays current on operational excellence and never settles forthe status quo. </li>
<li>Designs, develops, and implements processes that increase yield and/or improve quality for all manufacturing. </li>
<li>Coordinates with managers and supervisors to establish production and quality control standards. </li>
<li>Develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve the safety, productivity, and profitability of the operation. </li>
<li>Develop training processes for all systems and equipment. </li>
<li>Implements and maintains DOT/OSHA and company programs and standards. </li>
<li>Ensures that employees and managers have the required safety training and are consistently working safely; develops and implements safety programs to reduce accidents and injuries. </li>
<li>Coordinates with managers to address organizational needs, equipment utilization and maintenance. </li>
<li>Provides leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivates a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership. </li>
<li>Ensures that warehouse, fabrication, and distribution operations comply with federal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Performs additional duties as assigned or required.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>5 years of multi-site operations in the same or similar industry preferred. </li>
<li>5 years + successfully managing a team of employees.</li>
<li>OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.</li>
<li>Fleet management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365. </li>
<li>Distribution-specific ERP systems skills, preferably Eclipse </li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]. </li>
<li>Thrives in a collaborative team environment. </li>
<li>Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach. </li>
<li>Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling. </li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test. </li>
