As General Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading clinic operations, mentoring leaders, and cultivating a service-driven culture where team members feel supported and guests feel genuinely cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily clinic operations with a strong focus on guest experience, membership growth, and sales performance
- Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team through hands-on leadership and accountability
- Drive results by balancing people development with operational and financial goals
- Resolve guest and employee concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Build and sustain a positive, service-driven culture where teams feel supported and guests feel valued
- Lead local marketing and promotion efforts to drive memberships and sales
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
- Proven success in sales, team development, and customer service
- Organized, detail oriented, and adaptable
- A clear communicator who leads with empathy, integrity, and confidence.
