As General Manager, you'll be entrusted with leading clinic operations, mentoring leaders, and cultivating a service-driven culture where team members feel supported and guests feel genuinely cared for.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily clinic operations with a strong focus on guest experience, membership growth, and sales performance
  • Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team through hands-on leadership and accountability
  • Drive results by balancing people development with operational and financial goals
  • Resolve guest and employee concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Build and sustain a positive, service-driven culture where teams feel supported and guests feel valued
  • Lead local marketing and promotion efforts to drive memberships and sales

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
  • Proven success in sales, team development, and customer service
  • Organized, detail oriented, and adaptable
  • A clear communicator who leads with empathy, integrity, and confidence.
  • Committed to creating a workplace where people feel motivated, respected, and part of something bigger.

What You'll Get:
