The On Call/After Hours RN is responsible for responding to clinical and non-clinical situations after normal business hours during the evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays by providing skilled nursing assessment, interventions, and supportive care for hospice and home health patients and their families to meet the plan of care for each patient and deliver quality care, ensuring compliance in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Activities and Tasks&nbsp;

Care Management and Service Delivery - 85%

Triages calls to hospice and home health agency from patients and caregivers. Ensures an accurate evaluation of patient needs and develops and implements a comprehensive care plan that addresses those needs. Follows current hospice and home health nursing professional standards of practice and agency approved protocols.

Makes timely home/facility visits to provide, evaluate and/or change plan of care based on effective and timely triage assessment of patient and family needs.
</li>
<li>
Communicates with other health care providers and families about changes in condition and patient needs.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrates knowledge of pain management and symptom control, educates patient/family on physical, emotional and psychosocial aspects of care, disease process, symptom and pain management, and signs and symptoms of death.

Provides for accurate administration and evaluation of medication, management of medication orders, and delivery of medication to patient in a timely manner.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Completes hospice admission assessments, home health admission assessment (OASIS) and develops patient’s initial plan of care.

Qualifications

Education

Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.

Our Public Relations Events Coordinator will be responsible for supporting year-round logistical planning and execution of internal DAR events as well as execution of year-round hotel contract management and logistics for national leadership meetings and the annual convention.

 Overview:
Interprets orders for requested exams, produces CT and diagnostic medical images, positions and transfers patients. Selects proper technical factors on an individual patient basis, selects and operates equipment as directed. Provides protection in accordance with prescribed safety standards. Assists physicians in administering enhancing agents and medications. Responsible for delegated areas of authority in the performance of CT and special imaging techniques.
Qualifications:

<li>Experience: &nbsp;Has acquired experience and possesses capability as determined to be adequate for the position.</li>
<li>Required Education: Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training</li>
<li>Certifications: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment.</li>
