Prior experience in commercial floor care or janitorial services is strongly preferred

Knowledge of floor care equipment and proper use of cleaning chemicals
</li>
<li>
Knowledge/experience of strip and wax, carpet extraction, floor buffing, scrub and recoat preferred

<li>
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time efficiently
</li>
<li>
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
</li>
<li>
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs

Work Environment:

This position may require evening, weekend, and overnight shifts depending on business needs

What You’ll Do:
As&nbsp;Assistant Property Manager,&nbsp;you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of your property. Your responsibilities will include:

<li>Complete daily property walk-throughs and lock checks</li>
