Our client is a real estate investment firm. They seek a temp to perm Executive Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate busy executive calendars, meetings, travel, and related logistics
- Draft and refine correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support special projects, research, and ad-hoc initiatives
- Process domestic and international wire transfers in accordance with company procedures
- Track financial activity, including invoices, payments, credit card reconciliations, and simple transaction logs
- Input financial data into spreadsheets and reporting trackers
- Organize financial documentation and packets for external accountants
- Liaise with accountants, banks, vendors, and partners while ensuring timely follow-ups and confidentiality
Requirements
- Experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role required
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
- Notary experience is a plus
- Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting concepts is a plus
- Experience with wire transfers or banking platforms is a plus
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain discretion and work with confidential information
- Strong Excel skills
