We are seeking a Head of Business Development and Sales to lead our Sales function.
Key responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>Leading all sales, business development, and marketing processes.</li>
<li>Preparing marketing and business development goals for the sales and marketing department.</li>
<li>Attracting and signing clients, projects, and contracts. </li>
<li>Maintaining strong client relationships over an extended time to ensure continuous business.</li>
<li>Leading all marketing and business development meetings and initiatives. Preparing agendas and dashboards in advance of all meetings.</li>
<li>Interfacing with the SVP of Operations regarding chosen client accounts, proposal preparation and approval and managing Project Managers on chosen projects and with chosen clients.</li>
<li>Participating in and preparing training materials and manuals for the sales and business development team.</li>
<li>Conducting training and coaching sessions with all members of the sales and marketing department to ensure the optimum performance of all team members.</li>
<li>Hire and train the sales and marketing team that directly reports to the SVP of Sales and Business Development according to the company's policies and procedures.</li>
</ol>
What we are looking for:
<ol>
<li>In possession of a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Construction-related fields.</li>
<li>Any additional Sales and Marketing post-graduate education and trainings are considered a plus.</li>
<li>Previous MEP project experience is preferred due to the nature of the industry.</li>
<li>Previous experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and any other architectural software is a plus.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently upon receiving necessary direction and information.</li>
<li>Thrive in fast-paced environments with a desire to work efficiently.</li>
