Key Responsibilities
Leasing &amp; Sales

<li>Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents, highlighting community features and available floor plans</li>
<li>Follow up with all leads via phone, email, and CRM to maximize conversions</li>
<li>Assist in lease applications, approvals, renewals, and move-in processes</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of current pricing, specials, availability, and market trends</li>

Customer Service &amp; Resident Relations
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent service to current and prospective residents</li>
<li>Resolve basic resident concerns or escalate as needed</li>
<li>Support move-in/move-out procedures</li>

Administrative &amp; Compliance

<li>Process applications, verifications, and lease files accurately</li>
