We’re seeking a Director of EHS Regulatory – Water &amp; Wastewater Systems to lead enterprise-wide wastewater and water compliance programs for a major U.S. manufacturer. What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering, environmental science, or related field); equivalent experience considered.</li>
<li>10+ years of wastewater treatment experience (14+ years if no degree).</li>
<li>5+ years of leadership or team management experience.</li>
<li>Strong background in industrial wastewater treatment — experience in protein, food, pulp &amp; paper, or chemical manufacturing a plus.</li>
<li>Proven knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and local environmental regulations.</li>
<li>Skilled in Microsoft Office and data management tools.</li>
