Job Duties Include:

<li>Smooth out the concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level.</li>
<li>Operates a hand magic screed to level freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specification.</li>
<li>Fill roadways, driveways, sidewalks, bridges, homes, and parking lots.</li>
<li>Install the concrete forms.</li>
<li>Properly rake concrete</li>
<li>Hand screed, mag and hand steel edges.</li>

<li>Use wood or plastic forms to shape the concrete and hold it until it is set.</li>

<li>Hand finish edges/ clean outs/ drains ect.</li>

<li>Use machines that vibrate concrete to fill air pockets and fill voids around dowels.</li>
<li>Use groovers and hand trowels to spread concrete.</li>

<li>Operates a Soff cut saw.</li>
<li>Use chemical additives to speed up drying process if necessary.</li>
<li>Finish floors with color hardeners.</li>
<li>Smooth concrete surface using either a hand trowel, long handled or powered float.</li>
<li>Cut joints/grooves in concrete with edging soff cut saw to help control cracking.</li>
<li>Apply hardening and sealing/curing components cure surfaces.</li>

Job Requirements:

Position Summary The HRSN Housing Case Manager provides comprehensive case management services to households experiencing housing crises, with a focus on individuals receiving support through Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) funding. This position plays a critical role in housing navigation, financial assistance coordination, and ongoing support to ensure long-term housing success for participants. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Housing Search &amp; Placement

<li>Assist participants in identifying safe and stable housing options that align with their long-term housing goals.</li>
<li>Develop individualized, client-driven housing plans to support housing retention and self-sufficiency.</li>
<li>Work directly with landlords, property managers, and housing providers to secure housing placements.</li>
<li>Advocate on behalf of clients in housing negotiations, lease agreements, and tenant rights education.</li>

 Financial Assistance
<ul>
<li>Provide financial support for rent, move-in costs, and other housing-related expenses using HRSN funding.</li>

<li>Assist clients in accessing utility assistance, rental arrears payments, and other financial stabilization resources.</li>

 Case Management &amp; Supportive Services

 Minimum Qualifications
