Compensation:

The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $16.90 to $16.90 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. Compensation:

The first two weeks of training are paid at an hourly rate of $18.00 to $18.00 per hour, at the minimum wage rate in the location where you work. After training the hourly rate remains the same and incentive eligibility begins. This position is eligible to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, as well as quarterly written sales bonus. Incentive rates range from 0.25% to 30% depending on products sold and written sales volume. The quarterly written sales bonus is based on total written sales volume and is reasonably expected to range from $0 to $3,500.00 based on fiscal quarter store and individual sales performance.

What You’ll Do

<li>Implement a visual merchandising strategy that helps achieve the Company’s sales volume and financial objectives.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Execute visually appealing and well-balanced store merchandising displays under the direction of Visual Leadership, coordinate layout plans for furniture, lighting, and accessories, and transition seasonal products.&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>Remerchandise displays, signage, point-of-sale, and select areas regularly to maximize product sell-through. Execute floor moves or any other necessary changes consistent with the layout plan and product focus; communicate regularly with Visual management on sold items.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Complete the store recovery processes throughout the day. Maintain store interior and exterior appearance with the assistance of the warehouse and housekeeping associates. Initiate repair and maintenance of store lighting, fixtures, paint, flooring, etc., in conjunction with store management.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Check-in and unpackage accessory merchandise and other product shipments in collaboration with the warehouse associate; coordinate product tagging, felt-dotting, and showroom placement; participate in the bi-annual inventory process.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Adhere to all visual merchandising standards and bulletins provided by Visual Leadership. Ensure audio/visual items, such as store music, sign height, etc., comply with the communication standards to store associates and involve associates in the visual maintenance of the store.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop high levels of knowledge on all Company products, promotions, and store functions; keep up to date on fashion styles and trends.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Mentor store staff on merchandising basics. Involve the staff in the visual maintenance of the store and assist in communicating the Company’s visual merchandising standards.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Coordinate with the store manager regarding regular tasks &amp; duties, visual needs, incoming products, point-of-sale materials, etc.&nbsp;</li>
