<li>Monitor aquatic inventory and ensure availability of adequate material to conduct programming. Initiate orders with the Aquatic Manager for new or replacement materials.</li>
<li>Provide great customer service to the community. See that all customers and members are given prompt and courteous service through prompt responses to voicemails and emails.</li>
<li>Considerately and patiently enforce RJKCCC rules to provide a safe environment for all members, visitors, and employees. Help Lifeguards caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas and behaviors; and help maintain order in swimming areas.</li>
<li>Critique and give feedback to participants regarding their work and performance level.</li>
<li>Evaluate Swim Instructors regularly to ensure consistent quality of instruction and customer care.</li>
<li>Conduct regular meetings, in-services, and training with Swim Instructors.</li>
