Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:

Required Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU?
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or Architectural Engineering (Electrical / Lighting focus).</li>
<li>10 to 20 years of experience in design and construction administration of electrical building systems including lighting, lighting controls and interior and exterior power distribution.</li>
<li>Professional Engineer license.</li>
<li>Experience with field surveys, code analyses, calculations, equipment selections, and specifications.</li>
<li>Strong communicator with skillset to supervise junior engineers and CAD operators as they develop contract drawings.</li>
<li>Self-starter with a passion for problem solving.</li>
<li>Proficient in either AutoCAD or Revit.</li>
<li>Proficient in Lighting Analysts (AGI32) and SKM or Easypower.</li>
<li>Proficient Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Ability to conduct day-long field surveys outdoors and indoors in conditioned and unconditioned spaces, including walking up to 10-20k steps in a day, climbing up and down a 6-foot ladder, kneeling, squatting, and bending.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Strong desire to motivate, mentor, and manage the work of others supporting your projects, with emphasis on employee growth, project success, and overall performance.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain site access at client locations.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 10 nights in a year, in addition to day-long field surveys.</li>
