Job Overview

Join our Engineering Test team where honesty, hard work, and electrical expertise are valued. You'll be responsible for validating new high-power AC power products, including UPS, Static Switch, and PDU, while ensuring safety and integrity in all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and test electrical equipment, adhering strictly to safety protocols.

  • Connect and manage electrical systems and large cables (up to 50lbs).

  • Configure and operate test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and power meters.

  • Execute test procedures independently with detailed and accurate documentation.

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and test setups with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following 5S principles.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate of Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with high power electrical systems.

  • Proven experience with 120V single-phase and multi-phase systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for AC and DC power circuits.

  • Experience with oscilloscopes and power meters.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Clear English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with 208/230/480V/600V 3-phase systems.

  • Background in electrical safety procedures and lockout/tagout.

  • Previous experience in testing or manufacturing environments.
