POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Business Development – Munitions will lead efforts to expand our presence in the U.S. defense munitions market, driving strategic growth initiatives and forming key relationships across the U.S. Army, Department of Defense (DoD), and industry. As a U.S.-based defense company with the strength of a global parent organization, we are seeking a seasoned leader with deep expertise in Army munitions programs, defense acquisition, and government contracting. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within the Joint Program Executive Office Armaments &amp; Ammunition (JPEO A&amp;A) community and a strong network of relationships to position the company for long-term success in the U.S. defense ecosystem.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Serve as the business development lead for U.S. munitions programs, acting as the company’s primary interface with Army acquisition offices including JPEO A&amp;A, Project Lead Joint Services (PLJS), Project Manager (PM) Combat Ammunition Systems (CAS), PM Maneuver Ammunition Systems (MAS), and various other relevant munitions stakeholders.</li>
<li>Shape and execute business growth strategies that align with U.S. defense modernization priorities and leverage the company’s munitions capabilities.</li>
<li>Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive engagement with U.S. Army and DoD stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead capture planning efforts, including development of win strategies, pricing recommendations, proposal leadership, and compliance with acquisition regulations.</li>
<li>Foster and maintain trusted relationships with key government decision-makers, primes, and integrators to position the company as a credible, capable, and trusted partner.</li>
<li>Support development of strategic partnerships and teaming arrangements to enhance competitiveness in U.S. bids.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal functional teams (engineering, legal, compliance, program management, and finance) to develop and submit compliant, compelling proposals.</li>
<li>Monitor and assess U.S. defense spending trends, acquisition strategies, and program priorities relevant to the munitions domain.</li>
<li>Represent the company at relevant defense trade shows, industry events, and technical forums to promote capabilities and expand industry presence.</li>
<li>Provide regular briefings to senior leadership on opportunity status, customer developments, and strategic risks.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>15+ years of relevant experience in U.S. defense business development, Army acquisition, or munitions-related government/industry roles.</li>
<li>Deep familiarity with U.S. Army munitions programs and procurement structures, including extensive experience with JPEO A&amp;A, PLJS, PM CAS, PM MAS, and other relevant key U.S. Army munitions stakeholders.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading business development or capture efforts within the DoD, especially in munitions, energetics, or armaments.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of U.S. government acquisition and contracting processes, including FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, OTAs, and SBIRs.</li>
<li>Strong, active network across the Army and defense industry; ability to access decision-makers and influence requirements early in the acquisition lifecycle.</li>
<li>Prior military or civilian DoD service strongly preferred; experience working with or within Army R&amp;D or acquisition communities is a plus.</li>
<li>Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.</li>

EDUCATION

The Senior Relationship Manager will providestudents participating in UNCF STEM programs with student support services for their academic and psycho-social well-being. The Senior Relationship Manager will lead the management and coordination of student services and student-oriented projects across the UNCF STEM Scholars Program. <li>Share best practices and lessons learned with peers and colleagues in the STEM unit and in other programs in S&amp;P to design and support implementation and activation of innovative programs/activities that enhance academic performance, physical, personal and mental wellness, financial literacy and career/professional development for students participating STEM Scholars program and across all UNCF STEM related program areas including bio/life science, computer science and engineering.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively and individually to develop enhanced curriculum and supplemental academic support for the STEM Scholars program, as well as other STEM programming that helps develop requisite skills for personal and academic success. </li>

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required and at least 2-3 years’ experience with an emphasis on program management in student services, leadership, student development, and/or academic advisement.

The role of the Electrician is to install, maintain, and repair solar electrical systems and battery storage in residential buildings and to install electrical systems in hospital grade MRI buildings to ensure that they operate safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Install electrical systems, 120/208 volt, 480 volt, fire alarm, and others for hospital systems
· Understand NEC requirements for hospital installations
· Assembling, installing, testing and maintaining Electrical wiring and equipment
· Identifying and troubleshooting electrical problems in residential homes
· Conducting routine maintenance, repair or replacement of solar electrical components or systems
· Assessing electrical systems and suggesting/implementing necessary updates and modifications
