We are seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Splicer to support fiber installation and maintenance projects at data center facilities across Ohio, Kentucky, and Texas. This role involves extensive travel and extended deployments, with hands‑on splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks. You’ll work both independently and as part of a field team to support mission‑critical infrastructure.

*Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform fusion and mechanical splicing on single‑mode and multi‑mode fiber.</li>
<li>Conduct OTDR, light source, and power meter testing for network verification.</li>

Position Summary:
The Resident Care Director is responsible for the overall direction, administration and coordination of clinical resident care services by delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance and leading employee connections within our community.
Required Experience for Resident Care Director:

<li>Manage all appropriate state regulations and auditing to ensure our community is in compliance.</li>
<li>Obtain written orders for any necessary changes to care plan.</li>
<li>Verification of MARS/TARS and communicate with pharmacy to assure accuracy of medication and treatment administration.</li>
<li>Reviews incident reports submitted by staff members to determine if an assessment/care conference needs to be performed on an existing resident &amp; address any personnel issues which are identified.</li>
<li>Communication of all emergency policies and provision of updated information to staff.</li>

<li>Available to work a flexible schedule including on call, weekends, and holidays when necessary.</li>
