Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, renovation, and historic construction projects. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.</li>
<li>Manage subcontractors, ensuring that they are meeting project goals and timelines.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety, cleanliness, and organization.</li>
<li>Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.</li>
<li>Attend project meetings and provide input on construction-related issues.</li>
<li>Ensure that all project documentation, including change orders and RFIs, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a strong background in commercial, renovation, and historic construction projects</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li>OSHA 30 certification preferred.</li>
