Responsibilities:
 
Sancorp is seeking a Senior Insider Threat Analyst. The following are examples of responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manage a team of mid-level analysts in the development of analytical findings in support of the Insider Threat mission.</li>
<li>Provide the conduit for coordination, product development, and review with the government representative.</li>
<li>Brief senior leadership on the disposition of insider threat inquiries and recommendations for threat mitigation.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Concept of Operations (CONOPs) to assist with the implementation, operationalization, ad sustainment of the Insider Threat program.</li>
<li>Determine and validate staffing requirements for Analysis Center operations, to include reporting lines and liaisons to efficiently support the program.</li>
<li>Determine, identify, and validate internal and external reporting requirements to DoD, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), DoD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC), leadership and commanders.</li>
<li>Establish, validate, and execute workflow processes supporting case management, triage, analysis, validation, and reporting.</li>
<li>Develop insider threat Analytic Reports based off of information that is received by the Analysis Center, information that has been analyzed and insider threat concerns that have been validated against established insider threat thresholds, and the 13 adjudicative guidelines within personnel security.</li>
<li>Ensure analytic processes are executed in accordance to policy, laws, ethical practices, privacy, civil liberties, and whistle blower protections.</li>
<li>Conduct quality control on all analytic products developed by members of your team.</li>
<li>Support strategic Program initiatives to include communications, stakeholder engagement, and Program/System synchronization and integration.</li>
</ul>
 
Essential Skills and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Security clearance: Current TS/SCI and Must be a US Citizen.</li>

Responsibilities
As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse, You will: 
<ul>
<li>Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence </li>
<li>Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results </li>
<li>Accurately documenting nursing actions of all care given and communication with family, case manager, and physicians as well as documenting the progress and outcomes for established goals and informing physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs </li>
<li>Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to insure adequate amounts are always on hand </li>
<li>Ensuring all patient needs are being met in accordance with the instructions of the physician </li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>LPN/LPT/LVN Degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance </li>
<li>CPR professional certification </li>
<li>1+ years of nursing experience preferred </li>
<li>Home Health care experience preferred </li>

About the Role
The Medical Records Technician is responsible for auditing medical records of patients receiving access to medical treatment facilities. Critical requirement is in communicating well with members of the public and accurately recording data. In a medical setting, medical records technician accesses the information required for admittance, dismissal and insurance billing. 
POSITION’S ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Audits Medical Records. </li>
<li>Charting associated with medical records auditing. </li>
<li>Standardizes medical records format. </li>
<li>Administrative duties associated with medical records audit. </li>
<li>Notify appropriate entities of deficiencies, including onsite visits. </li>
<li>Track deficiencies and report to Supervisor. </li>
<li>Works directly with physicians to fulfill their requests. </li>
<li>Unclaimed Charges report daily to ensure timely filling, as requested. </li>
<li>Follows regulatory responsibility for DNV and Joint Commission. </li>
<li>Pull charts various monthly audit. </li>
<li>Pull charts for emergency room, as needed. </li>
<li>All other duties, as assigned. </li>
</ul>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>
