<li>Strong computer skills including substantial knowledge of Android OS mobile devices and cell phones, Microsoft Intune and Windows 11. Exposure and understanding of Active Directory, Citrix, Veeam backup, VMware, and SonicWall Firewalls highly desired.</li>
<li>Ability to rapidly analyze issues, establish priorities, anticipate consequences, make decisions and initiate action.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a high-stress environment and ability to stay calm under pressure.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff.</li>
