Job Description 
The Maintenance Technician works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the property is operating efficiently and all maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry and painting requirements of the property. This position also necessitates being on-call for after hours and weekend emergency needs. 
Responsibilities

<li>Respond to service requests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that all assigned requests are completed successfully and promptly </li>
<li>Ensure vacant units are prepared for occupancy by completing a range of tasks, such as painting, carpentry, general repairs, and other activities as needed </li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Senior Process Mechanical Designer will lead the design and development of process piping systems for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role involves creating detailed designs and models with minimal guidance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. 
Deliverables: 
Development and detailing of process piping designs for high-purity systems.
