<li>Provides service support to customers through maintaining equipment located at customer site by performing the maintenance, repair, and installation.</li>
<li>Services mobile, general radiographic, R&amp;F, DR, and cardiovascular equipment by providing diagnostic maintenance, repairs, and installation. Perform independently in both routine and complex tasks.</li>

Key Responsibilities:
Calibration &amp; System Integration
<ul>
<li>Perform complex calibrations and adjustments of sensors, cameras, lidar, radar, and ultrasonic systems for features like lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate integration of ADAS components with vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive functional and safety tests after calibration.</li>
</ul>
Advanced Diagnostics &amp; Software
<ul>
<li>Lead in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting using OEM-specific tools and advanced diagnostic platforms.</li>
<li>Perform software updates and patches to maintain current system performance.</li>
<li>Provide remote diagnostic support and consultation to field technicians.</li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Mentorship
<ul>
<li>Train, mentor, and guide junior and mid-level ADAS technicians; share best practices and technical knowledge.</li>
<li>Perform quality control reviews on work completed by others to ensure compliance with safety and OEM standards.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for escalated technical issues.</li>
</ul>
Operational &amp; Customer Service Excellence
<ul>
<li>Support shop coordination efforts by managing workflows, prioritizing work orders, and reporting operational issues.</li>
<li>Deliver high-quality customer service, communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and clients about complex ADAS issues and resolutions.</li>
<li>Act as a backup to the ADAS Manager, handling day-to-day operational oversight during absences or high-volume periods.</li>
</ul>

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of direct ADAS calibration experience or equivalent high-level automotive diagnostic background.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, sensor alignment, and calibration theory.</li>
<li>Proficient in OEM and aftermarket ADAS diagnostic tools, software, and calibration equipment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other technicians preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret OEM procedures and technical documentation.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; CCC One experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must be 18 or older with a clean driving record and pass all pre-employment screenings.</li>
</ul>

Physical &amp; Travel Requirements:

<li>Travel between multiple shop and customer locations (company vehicle provided).</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods).</li>
