POSITION SUMMARY
Manages a team that is responsible for providing engineering design, project management, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and assisting construction management for the purpose of constructing and/or modifying natural gas transmission pipelines, distribution systems, facilities and appurtenances for Colorado Natural Gas and Summit Natural Gas of Missouri.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Responsible for building an engineering team and conducting management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws pertaining to hiring; determining department procedures; assigning and directing work; providing training; appraising performance; rewarding and providing positive corrective action when needed; resolving employee issues; providing input for and administering department budget.</li>
<li>Utilizes the application of extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering practices to plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate development of the engineering work for all design, modification, and/or construction of natural gas transmission pipelines, distribution systems, and related appurtenances.</li>
<li>Responsible for preparation, evaluation and approval of engineering drawings, details, construction specifications, contract and bid documents, and contractor procurement, including selection and coordination with consulting engineers and vendors.</li>
<li>Meets with general public and/or developers, landowners, interest groups, and regulatory bodies concerning zoning, expansion projects, and engineering regulations, etc.</li>
<li>Accountable for the successful implementation and completion of engineering objectives in construction projects by managing project issues, budgets and schedules requiring numerous interactions with consulting firms, construction contractors, government officials, and other departments within the Company.</li>
<li>Responsible for project status reports to Summit management team. Performs occasional field work to perform construction inspection for compliance with company standards.</li>
<li>Work closely with construction, procurement, outside consultants, and contractors to define the detailed project scope of work; and the goals and deliverables that support the company’s business objectives.</li>

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

<li>Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>Minimum of five years of engineering experience involving pipeline design, project management, and construction administration. </li>
<li>Certification as a registered Professional Engineer, preferably in Missouri and/or Colorado</li>

Job DescriptionDeployed to customer job sites throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Reporting for duty on time. Punctuality is mandatory. This means that personnel will be on location, in uniform, and fit for work 15 minutes early to start the day or shift change. With enough food and water for the shift. Can adapt to any last-minute changes, during days on. Field technician will be responsible for installing remote monitoring equipment and deploying it to customer job sites. Experience in installation of flanges/valves/water transfer lines a plus. Field technician will be responsible for collecting water samples from job sites and performing tailgate testing on samples. Testing/installation protocol will vary by customer job, however, will typically involve a 12-hour day. Will record results electronically for testing or deployment information. Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to troubleshoot basic computer problems. Able to adapt to new software. Will manage calibration of analytical equipment as needed in accordance to company standards. Ensure all supplied equipment is in working order and ready for use. Will maintain inventory of lab supplies and coordinate with supervisor to maintain stock. Can work alone or in a team, while maintaining professionalism. Working in a safe manner and adhering to all company policies. Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible to drive in accordance with GeoKimikas policies. Must have current PEC/Safeland and H2S training. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Must maintain clean drug and alcohol tests. As the Sr. Lead Release Train Engineer, you will take ownership of the delivery, adaptability, and optimization outcomes for a director level product and engineering team while partnering with VP-level leaders to ensure strategic alignment across the portfolio. This team owns the execution and delivery of business outcomes that drive realization of Cox Automotive investments. These investments identify the high-level market problems for the release train to solve. This team will have a laser focus on executing to achieve short- and long-term business outcomes (current year and future year investments) and will take on the challenges associated with the delivering value that delights Cox Automotive clients and strengthens our leadership position in the Automotive Industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO Responsibilities: Directly lead practices that enable a high performing release train leadership team of directors who own the management of 7-11 teams with a typical make up of 5-9 engineers:

<li>Facilitate Leadership-Level Inspect &amp; Adapt - Conduct inspect and adapt ceremonies for the release train leadership team, driving systemic improvements and strategic problem-solving at the program level</li>

 Provide Leadership &amp; Supervision to Scrum Masters through direct supervision and mentorship of 1-3 Scrum Masters who report to the release train engineer, ensuring consistent execution of agile practices at the team level, including team capacity planning, team flow management, team reformation, team inspect &amp; adapt ceremonies, and team backlog management Partner with the principal SME and thought leader for solution delivery practices and act as a go-to expert for how teams deliver solutions across the release train; build deep expertise of the skills, knowledge and strengths needed for a high performing delivery organization; stay current on new tools, methods, and industry trends to guide the organization forward; create clear standards and best practices that help teams work better; hire top talent who can strengthen delivery capabilities; coach and mentor team members to build their skills and grow the next generation of delivery leaders Ensure all teams follow organizational AI policies and standards. Monitor AI tool reliability across teams. Create backup plans for system failures. Maintain project delivery capabilities without AI while preserving human skills and judgment. WHO YOU ARE Who You Are (Qualifications):

<li> Bachelors Degree + 8 years relevant experience or Masters Degree + 6 years relevant experience or 12+ years experience </li>
<li>Must live within a commutable distance to Atlanta or be willing to relocate</li>
<li>8+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years managing and leading employees and complex team efforts </li>
<li>3+ years of experience leading product delivery teams, or equivalent program and program management experience on large complex technical programs/programs </li>
<li>3+ years of experience operating at multiple leadership levels, including directors up to VP </li>
<li>3+ years of direct experience successfully driving adoption of enterprise wide and local continuous improvement changes with cross functional leadership teams and software development teams using Scrum or Kanban </li>
<li>Mastery of the full delivery lifecycle across diverse work types - from software development teams to infrastructure automation, cybersecurity, and platform implementation &amp; operations. Must have direct experience adapting scaled agile practices to contexts where 'working software' isn't always the deliverable </li>
<li>Mastery of the Agile framework, demonstrated by expertise on how to achieve the positive outcomes associated with Agile, especially the outcomes associated with a true state of agility that enables quick response to the market and other external factors </li>
<li>Mastery of a structured change management process for leading the people side of change (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, 7-S) </li>
<li>Demonstrated success resolving inter-team / intra-team conflict and building relationships in a complex team environment </li>
<li>Mastery of industry standard Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (e.g. Rally, VersionOne, JIRA, TFS) </li>

 USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
