Your Impact

The Solar Field Service Technician is responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&amp;M) of solar power plants in accordance with established preventative and corrective maintenance standards while always maintaining safety and professionalism. Core Responsibilities

<li>Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of Solar Utility and Sub-Station equipment.</li>
<li>Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to, work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency information schedules.</li>
<li>Provide a working knowledge of troubleshooting electrical components with help and use of digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment.</li>

The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of manufacturing processes and equipment. This position reports to the Director, Reagent Manufacturing and is part of the Reagent Production Operations located in Chaska, MN and the role will be on-site.
 In this role, you will have the opportunity to: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Lead a team of technicians and provide work direction, performance appraisal, coaching, and feedback. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure manufacturing equipment is running effectively, maintained within the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program, and having adequate on-hand spares. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor equipment and chart the course for continuous improvement of OEE and maintenance processes for compliance with Company, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure completion of continuous improvement projects related to the automated machinery for self and for the team.
  The essential requirements of the job include: •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;People Leadership experience (directly or indirectly) motivating others to work as a team toward a common goal. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Problem-solving and troubleshooting experience with automated equipment •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledgeable at reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with other departments.

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 -$105,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The Bernard Group is looking for a Principal Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise to partner with cross-functional teams to develop processes that improve efficiencies between manufacturing and engineering for resource planning. You will also help implement strategies to support future team resource needs. You will lead the design and development of custom retail fixtures and displays that meet client specifications and brand standards. These fixtures may include a variety of materials such as metal, wood, plastic, and in some cases, electronics. Your advanced technical expertise in SOLIDWORKS and industry experience will be crucial to delivering high-quality, manufacturable, and cost-effective designs.
