<ul>
<li>The Group Preschool teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating educational environment for preschool children aged 2.5 - 6 years.</li>
<li>In addition to planning and executing daily learning activities, the group teacher must guide children in developing the social, emotional, and cognitive skills needed for a smooth transition to kindergarten.</li>
<li>This role includes working collaboratively with the Head Preschool teacher to develop a learning curriculum, and to mentor &amp; supervise assistant teachers and aides</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field</li>
<li>Montessori teacher training by leading training center</li>
<li>2-4 years of prior experience working with preschool children</li>
<li>First Aid/CPR/AED certification by organizations such as the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or other authorized independent training centers or safety organizations</li>
<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is preferred, not required</li>
