Job Description:&nbsp;The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for all staff involved in the decommissioning process. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the decommissioning project.</li>
<li>Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and comply with industry regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.</li>
<li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.</li>
<li>Collaborate with project managers, safety officers, and other stakeholder.rs to identify training needs and priorities.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.</li>
<li>Stay informed about the latest developments in nuclear decommissioning and training methodologies.</li>
<li>Other training related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements/Skills/Education/Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training management role, preferably in the nuclear or energy sector.</li>
<li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the nuclear industry.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.</li>

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time Childcare Assistants for the 2025-2026 school year for our Before and After School Program at Park Elementary School in Columbia, PA.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>You've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB.</li>
<li>You’re warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills are your jam, whether it's with kiddos, parents, or fellow team members. Plus, you're professional, reliable, and always prompt.</li>

Qualifications:
