TRG is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead the TRG Curriculum Design and Development Team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP) with curriculum development, training, and project oversight.
This position is currently hybrid with work being performed in Washington, DC, McLean, Virginia, or remotely. Core hours are between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday.  
 
This position is expected to begin November 18, 2025 and is Contingent upon Contract Award and Favorable Adjudication from the VA Personnel Security and Adjudication Center (PSAC).
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead the planning, design, development, and revision of TAP curriculum.
· Manage curriculum projects across multiple delivery modalities, including face-to-face, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), web-based training, and blended learning formats.
· Oversee the creation of training materials such as lesson plans, instructor and participant guides, activity handbooks, slide presentations, and performance support tools.
· Coordinate closely with the VA Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment of training materials with program objectives and regulatory standards.
· Direct the development and validation of instructional content through needs assessments, formative/summative evaluations, and pilot testing.
· Ensure all deliverables meet VA 508 compliance standards and other federal accessibility and instructional quality requirements.
· Lead the development of specialized training including VA Benefits and Services, Women's Health Transition Training, Military Life Cycle modules, New Hire Training, and Refresher Training.
· Provide leadership and oversight to curriculum development staff, ensuring timely and high-quality submission of all curriculum products/deliverables.

The elementary school classroom lead teacher is one of the primary stakeholders who influence the lives of children at Global Citizens PCS. Lead teachers will foster a student-centered learning environment that respects the culture and identity of each and every child so they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. In early childhood, our children learn all content areas in the target language for approximately 90% of the school day, and they learn their early literacy and math skills in English for approximately 10% of the school day. In elementary school (Kindergarten through 5th grade), we use a 50/50 model, where our children receive standards-based instruction (aligned to the Common Core State Standards) in reading, writing, math, and science in the target language for 50% of the time and in English for 50% of the time (each day). The lead language teacher will teach all content areas in the target language and will serve as the instructional lead and model for the target language, Mandarin Chinese. The lead Mandarin Chinese teacher will teach all content areas in Mandarin Chinese. Special Education/English Learner Teachers will work with general education teachers to foster a student-centered learning environment that respects the culture and identity of each and every child, so they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. In early childhood, our children will learn all content areas in the partner language for approximately 90% of the school day. They will learn their early literacy and math skills in English for approximately 10% of the school day. In elementary school (Kindergarten through 5th grade), we use a 50/50 model, where our children receive standards-based instruction (aligned to the Common Core State Standards) in reading, writing, math, and science in the target language for 50% of the time and in English for 50% of the time (each day). Student Support (Special Education/English Learner) Teacher will teach all content areas in the partner language and will serve as the instructional lead and model for the partner language.
