 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Perform repairs and replacements of ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors.</li>
<li>Service a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.</li>
<li>Utilize carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and the installation of doors and windows.</li>
<li>Conduct preventative maintenance and handle commercial doors, automatic doors, door hardware, storefront doors, door closers, and emergency exit devices.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a team environment as well as independently.</li>
<li>Ensure strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.</li>
<li>Provide excellent service orientation to customers.</li>

 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in automatic door installation or service, with AAADM certification preferred. Job Description
We are currently looking to Hire an experienced HVAC Technician.
The right candidate must be able to:
Performed HVAC preventive maintenance. Performed HVAC repairs upon request and replaced units when necessary.
Install, repair, and troubleshoot multiple systems -VRF, Standard split systems, Heat pumps, Chillers, Condenser water, Pumps, VFDs, and Refrigeration.
Be able to show knowledge of Control wires for all above systems, engage in any troubleshooting when required to make system work operate correctly. Five years of experience in the duties listed above is required, preferably in a large institution.
Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work well with others.
Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength and high for the duties above.
Pay is determined based on your prior experience.
The following license and certificates are required:
Driver license, EPA license required and OSHA 30 or OSHA 40. New York City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness for Fireguard F-60. New York City Fire Department Certificate of Fitness for Torch Use of Flammable Gases G-60.
