ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Core Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.</li>
<li>Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.</li>
<li>Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.</li>

Core Experience

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our Electrical Self-Perform team for construction projects based in Kings Bay, Georgia. This project will require variable shifts to meet project deadlines and ensure continuous coverage. There is an expectation that the shift work will last into the spring of 2026.
This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring that work is done in accordance with relevant codes. Work involves technical application of electrical principles. This is all to be done using the appropriate equipment and implementing the required safety practices in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay: $39.92 per hour, eligible for overtime

This is a position for a seasoned HVAC technician who will be responsible for executing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance at multiple locations as well as coordinating with points of contact with the customer for access to the facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.

<li>Travel daily to perform needed preventive maintenance on the HVAC and other equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Complete PM checklists and close out the work order in Maximo. Uploading documents and photos as needed to document work performed.</li>
