What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Install window treatments, acoustic wall upholstery, and PVC stretch ceilings in commercial and residential settings</li>
<li>Report to the Operations Field Supervisor and support lead installers on job sites</li>
<li>Prepare work areas, operate power tools safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace</li>
<li>Ensure the quality, precision, and safety of all installations</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about site conditions and progress</li>
<li>Keep detailed notes and report project updates to your superior</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training</li>
<li>Represent Contexture’s professionalism and customer-first approach on every job site</li>

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. overhead and work at various heights</li>
<li>Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and in varied conditions</li>

<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as projects require</li>
<li>Willingness to travel for 2–3 weeks at a time for out-of-state projects</li>

Job Details
 Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the design and permitting of construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station and force main design. This individual will also provide technical and design services in support of civil engineering projects reporting directly to their project manager. Applicant must be able to communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, produce reports in technical writing format, and correspond with other team members to complete work in a timely and efficient manner. Must have the ability to coordinate project submittals, facilitate regulatory agency approvals, and obtain construction permits. Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Professional Engineering License Required Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required. QC Manager Job Summary:
The Povolny Group is seeking a full-time/permanent QC Manager (CQC - Contractor Quality Control System Manager) for a large government project in Helena, MT. This project is part of a multi-million dollar modernization effort of a Veteran's Hospital to upgrade data cabling systems, including computers, networks, and phone infrastructure. It's aligned with the hospital's new Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program, ensuring a seamless integration of upgraded technology for efficient healthcare services. As the CQC System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of this critical project within a hospital setting, emphasizing construction quality control, adherence to project specifications, and safety protocols.
QC Manager Responsibilities:

<li>Implement and maintain the CQC system on-site, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with contract requirements and established standards</li>
