Position Summary:
The Estimator is responsible for accurately predicting costs related to materials, labor, and project expenses, ensuring the company secures successful bids and contracts. This role involves detailed project planning and analysis, preparing estimates, and collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will stay current on industry standards, estimating software, and company practices while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive business information. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to company values, and the ability to contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and compile detailed estimates for construction projects.</li>

Education and Experience:

<li>Prior experience in the HVAC, Electrical, plumbing and general contracting, or construction industry is a plus</li>
<li>Experience Estimating for government contracts preferred.</li>

Job DescriptionDescription:
This position is responsible for operating a Boom Truck to deliver tanks to company owned sites and customers. The driver is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of his or her vehicle, within Company policy.
 
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Loads and unloads tanks adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.</li>
<li>Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.</li>
<li>Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections on trucks, equipment and/or facilities as required by Company policy.</li>
<li>Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company procedures.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<li>Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.</li>
<li>Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.</li>

<li>Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.</li>
