WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Field Technician / Mechanic, you will work on heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. Every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right.
WHAT YOU NEED:

<li>3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.</li>

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions. 
Preferred Qualifications: Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related job function. Leadership qualities and the ability to interface well with customers. Solid understanding of all RFN functions. Requires knowledge of operation of office equipment (i.e., calculator, computer) and proficiency in utilizing computer software applications necessary for performing job responsibilities, including working knowledge of Excel and Agility.
