JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will manage a portfolio of multiple properties. As a Community Association Property Manager, you will provide strong leadership and management on behalf of the Board of Directors and First Priority Management. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of community operations while consistently executing the Board’s mission and vision.

The Community Association Property Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the community, fostering effective communication and ensuring strong oversight of staff, vendors, and daily operations. This position has full responsibility for day-to-day operations, legal compliance, and overall administration of the association.

The role includes oversight of administrative functions, maintenance activities, and capital projects to support the ongoing improvement of the community. The Property Manager acts as a liaison between homeowners, the Board of Directors, committee members, management staff, and maintenance vendors and contractors.
 
Position Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Community Association Property Manager

<li>Review, code, and process invoices in accordance with budget controls.</li>
<li>Review monthly and annual financial statements and provide recommendations as needed.</li>
<li>Report regularly to supervisors with updates, analysis, and recommendations.</li>

Vendor &amp; Contract Management

<li>Assist in soliciting vendor proposals, preparing bid comparisons, and reviewing contracts.</li>
<li>Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee service providers.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<li>Minimum of six (6) years of successful community association or condominium management experience</li>

Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Trains and&nbsp;instructs&nbsp;personnel in the safe operation of fleet equipment such as overhead cranes, vehicle maintenance lifts, measurement and diagnostic equipment,&nbsp;forklifts&nbsp;and hand tools. </li>
<li>Diagnoses and performs major repairs and overhauls to gasoline and diesel engines, inspects, troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, cleans, adjusts and installs fuel, ignition, electrical, cooling system, hydraulic system parts and/or controls, and welding. </li>
<li>Diagnoses and performs electrical, hydraulic and other repairs in the field. </li>
<li>Inspects, services and repairs vehicle braking systems; diagnoses, repairs and maintains vehicle air brakes, hydraulic systems and associated power take-off equipment. </li>
<li>Supports the professional growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization. </li>
<li>Engages around priorities to foster engagement, collaboration, and results. </li>
<li>Adhere and promote company safety policies and programs. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>

Job Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Experience in Automotive, Truck, Heavy Equipment, Fleet&nbsp;diagnostics&nbsp;and repair. </li>
<li>Ability to analyze complex vehicle and equipment problems, evaluate alternatives and recommend or adopt appropriate courses of action. </li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license / pass internal MVR review. </li>
<li>Must have own tools and be willing to purchase more as necessary. </li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

The expected pay range is&nbsp;$23.00/hr - $29.15/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
