<li>Provide input for the Western Regional Installations and Infrastructure Investment Board (RI3B) Charter and the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Charter.</li>
<li>Compile 1st MLG's input for annual Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Charter. Annual forum addresses current/future facilities requirements IOT achieve/sustain campaign plan.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
The personnel shall possess the following qualifications:

We have an incredible opportunity for an MDU OSP Coordinator in the Tampa / Lakeland area.
 
Requirements and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Understand the use and application of all MDU/MTU materials and components available to meet build demands.</li>
<li>Provide an ongoing collaboration between the Engineering Vendor and Construction Vendor to build teamwork.</li>
<li>Handoff approved PAL package to MDU Engineering Vendor</li>
<li>Coordinate Site Survey Dates for Engineering Vendor and communicate to property owner.</li>
<li>Attend Site Survey meetings with both Engineering and Construction vendor so everyone stays on the same page.</li>
<li>Review and approve High Level Design from Engineering Vendor.</li>
<li>Review and accept Low Level Design from Engineering Vendor</li>
<li>Coordinate Construction Start Dates for OSP and ISP Vendor and communicate to property owner.</li>
<li>Review all phases of workflow in Site Tracker to ensure critical dates are met.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to use the most cost-effective materials and design techniques available.</li>
<li>Make recommendations for material inventories vs. job specific needs.</li>
<li>Educate and excite customers while leveraging innovative business solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive customer service process by overseeing all phases of the ISP build.</li>
<li>Act as Single Point of Contact for all property owner-initiated complaints.</li>
<li>Work directly with sales teams to help answer any questions prior to property owner access approval.</li>
