The Technician position works in a safety-first type of environment. HCSG is a 24/7 service company that requires technicians to be available on-call and provide after hour or even weekend services as required due to customer needs. DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Must be able to be on-call and provide after hour services as required.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes in the field at customer locations.</li>

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Service &amp; Parts Advisor to join our startup team and help shape the foundation of our service operation. This position is responsible for coordinating between customers, technicians, and the sales team to ensure efficient, transparent, and high-quality service experiences.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet service customers and write detailed repair orders for technician diagnosis and repair
</li>
<li>
Communicate technician findings, recommendations, and estimates to customers clearly and professionally
</li>
<li>
Order, receive, and track parts for repairs and internal reconditioning work
</li>
<li>
Coordinate repair timelines and priorities with technicians and the Sales Manager
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate service and parts records in the DMS system (Autosoft experience preferred)
</li>
<li>
Monitor work in progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean and organized parts and service workspace
</li>
<li>
Proactively identify process improvements and assist in developing standard operating procedures as the department grows
</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a dealership&nbsp;service or parts role required
</li>
<li>
DMS Knowledge: Autosoft experience is a plus
</li>
<li>
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
</li>
<li>
Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a startup-style environment
</li>
<li>
