 Responsibilities:
The Department Manager oversees the food service program at a single site, ensuring high food quality standards, inventory management, food safety, and customer service. This role requires adherence to facility menus, federal, state, and local regulations, and HCSG policies to consistently provide quality dining services.

<li>Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software..</li>
<li>Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; perform roles of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.</li>
<li>Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff effectively.</li>
<li>Use protective gear, ensure safe mixing and use of cleaning solutions, and report equipment needs or malfunctions promptly.</li>
<li>Follow infection control, universal precautions, and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.</li>
<li>Represent HCSG positively through courteous and cooperative interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, including food service or restaurant management coursework preferred.</li>
<li>Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.</li>
<li>Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred (or as required by state and county law).</li>
<li>Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within the first 14 days of employment</li>
<li>Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within the first 60 days of employment.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>

<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.&nbsp;</li>

Our Chimpanzee area is currently home to chimpanzees and white-handed gibbons. 
Requirements:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to all facets of animal husbandry, including training, animal observations, enrichment, and reporting any abnormalities in behavior or medical needs. Keepers are also responsible for maintaining primate habitats and holdings, and identifying maintenance issues in need of correction or repair. Keepers are expected to prepare animal health records, follow prescribed primate diets, and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
While performing the duties of this job, the Keeper will be regularly required to bend, stand, walk, climb, balance, throw, and lift. Must be able to swim and possess a valid Florida driver’s license.
Preference for this position will be given to those individuals with at least 2 years of primate experience at an AZA accredited institution. Specifically, chimpanzee experience is extremely preferred. You must be able to lift 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays. A degree in an animal-related field is preferred, but equivalent combinations of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will be considered.

Successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program is a pre-requisite to transition into a non-exempt Associate Branch Manager (ABM) or exempt Branch Manager (BM) role. Employees who are not currently in an ABM or BM role at the time of hire will participate in the Branch Manager Readiness program. Our Branch Managers are responsible for leading, managing and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes. Successful Branch Managers are able to lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth in the business, while also driving accountability for operational excellence. This involves executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, as well as audit and escalation procedures, and managing the allocation of people and financial resources for the branch. In this role you will:

<li>Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business; This includes coaching bankers to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships and help customers succeed financially</li>
<li>Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience</li>
<li>Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience</li>
<li>Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent</li>
<li>This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Required Qualifications:

<li>4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li>
