The Molecular Genetic Scientist is a full time benefitted position and will be responsible for performing preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and other molecular procedures in the Genomics Laboratory under the direction of the Scientific and Genetics Director. The Molecular Genetic Scientist must demonstrate knowledge and skills related to the various procedures performed in a PGT Laboratory. This position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, self-motivation, excellent communication skills along with a high level of independent judgment and accuracy. This position entails both independent and strong teamwork as well as fosters cooperative working relationships with other departments. The Molecular Genetic Scientist reports directly to the Scientific and Genetics Director and takes daily direction from a Laboratory Supervisor.
CCRM is an industry leader pioneer in fertility science, research and advancement, offering access to national network of award-winning physicians, a full suite of fertility services, innovative technology and laboratories. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Utilize a variety of laboratory techniques required for PGT-A testing, including whole genome amplification and library preparation for Next Generation Sequencing.

· Work to maintain a sterile environment to prevent DNA contamination and eliminate cross contamination between samples.
· Accurately and efficiently analyzes embryo biopsy samples using Next Generation Sequencing, including preparation of results and reports.
· Accurately operates all instruments and equipment and records all information in log/lab books.
· Perform daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance on equipment and instruments per lab standard operating procedures to assure integrity of the PGT Laboratory.
· Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail to assure accuracy in reported data.
· Ship and document biopsy DNA samples to an outside testing laboratory for sequential PGT testing.
· Accurately and efficiently, complete data entry into Microsoft Office programs to maintain PGT databases.
· Monitor lab reagents to assure needed supplies are available on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Summary
The Senior Transportation Officer serves as a lead worker assigned by the Transportation Manager in high-risk operations and high-profile federal government transportation contracts and must possess a CDL Class B with a (“P”) passenger endorsement. It also is responsible for securely transporting detainees between destinations and ensuring that the vehicles used for transportation activities are safe and properly maintained. Finally, this position assists management when unexpected problems arise to develop effective and efficient solutions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

<li>The Senior Transportation Officer assists management when unique or unexpected problems arise while transporting detainees. Helps to develop effective and efficient solutions.</li>
<li>The Senior Transportation Officer reviews all vehicle inspection reports. Develops summaries for Transportation management and notes commonalities from the reports. Suggests solutions as necessary.</li>
<li>Ensures that all permits and licenses for all assigned vehicles are in order.</li>
<li>The Senior Transportation Officer verifies that vehicles have the necessary safety equipment before initiating a trip. Notifies the Transportation management if there are problems before assignments.</li>
<li>Properly tracks DOT HOS on Electronic Logging Devices.</li>
<li>The Senior Transportation Officer assists with interviewing and screening of applicant Transport Officers when required.</li>
<li>Reviews all necessary paperwork and reports in an accurate and thorough manner. Ensures that all reports are turned into the Transportation management according to described policies and procedures.</li>
<li>The Senior Transportation Officer ensures that all missions meet or exceed PBNDS/FBNDS safety measures while transporting detainees.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

SR. TRANSPORTATION OFFICER

Job Description
10‑4 Logistics USA seeks recent CDL‑A graduates and experienced CDL‑A drivers to operate regional dry van routes. This position offers steady, predictable runs with 100% no‑touch freight while requiring adherence to DOT regulations and professional representation of the company.
Compensation: Projected annual pay range: $70,000–$80,000 USD.
Schedule &amp; area of operation: Two days home every other week; regional routes east of I‑35.
Equipment &amp; freight: Late‑model Freightliner tractors; automatic; fully equipped. Freight: Dry van — 100% no‑touch.
Paid training: Initial 4–6 weeks with a mentor; training stipend provided ($650 per week).
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Safe vehicle operation: Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.</li>
<li>Timely transport: Deliver dry van freight on assigned regional routes according to schedules and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Inspections and reporting: Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.</li>
<li>Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation consistent with regulatory and company standards.</li>
<li>Communication: Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch; follow routing and delivery instructions.</li>
<li>Freight handling: Secure freight properly to prevent damage or loss and follow applicable handling procedures for dry van loads.</li>
<li>Incident reporting &amp; cooperation: Report accidents, delays, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with investigations or corrective actions.</li>
<li>Professional representation: Represent 10‑4 Logistics USA professionally during interactions with customers and the public.</li>

Minimum qualifications:
<ul>
<li>License: Valid CDL‑A.</li>
<li>Training / experience: Recent graduates: completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the last 12 months. Experienced drivers: prior CDL‑A driving experience will be considered.</li>
<li>Age: Minimum 21 years.</li>
<li>Medical and screening: Ability to meet DOT medical requirements and to pass required pre‑employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings.</li>
<li>Language: Proficiency in English sufficient for safe vehicle operation and effective communication with dispatch and customers.</li>
