Senior Software Engineer

What you will do

• Collaborate: Work closely with a team of developers and system engineers to support and enhance HR applications and services.
• Develop & Support: Provide application development and production support for critical HR systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
• Innovate: Develop and implement creative solutions to improve system sustainment, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
• Grow: Embrace new technologies and challenges, continuously learning and expanding your skill set in a supportive, agile environment.
• Impact: Play a key role in supporting the enterprise’s HR operations, making a tangible difference in the organization’s success.

What you should have

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Poly (required)
• Education & Experience: BS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints
• Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments
• Experience with MongoDB

What we'd like you to have

• Experience working with the AWS Platform
• Experience with GitLab and GitLab runners for continuous integration
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in agile teams
• Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM)
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance)
