Production setup Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
- Installation of tooling into machines
- Set cycles on machines & make adjustments to on machines to produce quality parts
- Transfer molded bases, cavities and other tooling components from one location to another as required
- Fit and assemble materials according to required specifications for each job.
- follow up on quality requirements - Cone & burst tests, daily, hourly and monthly part checks.
- Assist with training of other production personnel in installation & removal of mold bases & tooling.
Production Operator Shift Info
- Day shift 7:42 am-4:12 pm
- Monday - Friday
Production/Set up Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
- must be 18 years or older
- 1-2 years working primarily with tooling and mold bases in similar production environment or equivalent training/experience preferred
- drive a forklift & operate a hoist
- good mechanical aptitude
- Able to work as a team.
- Ability to show up on time 5 days/week
