Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems across residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Diagnose system issues accurately using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
- Replace or repair defective components such as thermostats, compressors, fans, filters, and electrical wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
- Document service activities thoroughly in service reports and update maintenance records.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold high-quality standards.

Experience
\n

- 3+ of HVAC experience, bringing the knowledge to be able to work independently and efficiently
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and related electrical components.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams with ease.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients and team members.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
