We are seeking positive Line and Pizza Cooks who takes pride in their food to join our established restaurant and bar in Shadyside. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, fun environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and stock for the shift to prepare for the volume daily cooking
- Cross train on all stations including, grill, middle, fry/salad, pizza and expo
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients going into the final products
- Clean and maintain an organized station
- Breakdown and clean the kitchen at the end of the night
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Ability to work and communicate well with co-workers and manager in high stress situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
