Position Summary
\n
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Engineer to support Snowflake platform operations and engineering activities. This position bridges engineering and operations and requires strong troubleshooting skills, Snowflake administration experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve issues and implement operational improvements.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 3+ years of experience in Snowflake platform operations or support.
- SnowPro Core certification preferred; additional Snowflake certifications are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and basic scripting using Python or Bash for operational automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with batch scheduling tools such as AutoSys.
- Basic AWS IaaS administration experience; Azure or GCP experience is also acceptable.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Snowflake integrations with business analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Amazon QuickSight.
- Exposure to Snowpark Container Services and Snowpipe Streaming.
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex AI services.
- Experience with CMDB tools such as CloudAware.
