We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Orange County to help lead complex mechanical construction projects to successful completion.

Impact

• Help deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Keep subcontractors, suppliers, and the team pulling toward the same milestones.
• Sharpen resource use so projects run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and help implement corrective actions.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Keep work compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
• Help manage budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Track and document in project management software.
• Resolve issues and conflicts as they come up.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years in mechanical construction project management or support.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Strong leadership and communication.

Nice-to-Haves

• PMP certification.
• Large commercial project experience.
• Knowledge of local building codes.

Compensation and Logistics

Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Onsite in Orange County.
